The goal was to create a calm, peaceful room that actually supports quality sleep. I’m a mom of a 2- and 3-year-old, and honestly, I was sleeping maybe 4 hours a night — not because of the toddlers, but because my room, my bedding, everything about it just didn’t help my body relax at the end of the day.
