As a woman with PCOS, pilates is the only workout that helped me lose weight and keep it down! I am still on my weightloss journey, but finding a workout that I genuinely enjoy has made all the difference! Honorable mention to castor oil packs (which literally just brought aunt flow home from being on vacay for four months). Love yourself through your journey. Whatever your preferred workout is, move away from stereotypical body types.
