Our new FAVORITE way to dye eggs 🤩 It creates beautiful eggs, doesn't require any soaking or waiting, and is SO much fun!!! The boys couldn't stop giggling and Jack said "this is the BEST day of my LIFE" 😂 ✨Mix 1 tbsp baking soda, 1 tsp water at a time until desired consistency, and 2-3 drops of food coloring to make "paint". ✨The thicker the consistency the better. ✨Paint the eggs! ✨Slowly drizzle vinegar onto the eggs (we went a little crazy). We used medicine cups to pour, but a dropper or measuring cup would work great. ✨When the vinegar hits the baking soda a fizzy reaction occurs which creates a colorful marbled effect on the eggs! ✨Once the reaction stops, rinse eggs with water and then dry with a paper towel. ✨That's it!✨ Enjoy! #easteregg #diyEaster #easterinspo #toddleractivities
Tomato basil soup & grilled cheese🤌🏼 Ingredients: * 4 Cups tomatoes (I used flavor bombs & Roma) * 1 large onion, quartered * 1-2 shallots, quartered * Two whole heads of garlic with the tops cut off * 1-2 cups vegetable broth * Olive oil * Salt * Pepper * 1 Cup basil Directions: * Preheat oven to 350 degrees * Add tomatoes, onion, shallots, and garlic to a large pan * Cover with olive oil, adding a little extra to the heads of garlic * Add salt & pepper * Bake until tomatoes blister and onions are soft, about 40 minutes * Remove from oven and take garlic heads out, set aside * Add tomato contents to a blender or a large pot with immersion blender * Squeeze garlic out of wrapping into blender or pot * Blend until desired consistency, adding broth to thin out if needed * Add basil and blend again * Warm on stove if needed, and serve with grilled cheese ◡̈ #tomatobasilsoup #soupseason #grilledcheese #fallrecipes

This is an easy way to sneak in more nutrients anyways and tbh I think it makes it taste better! 🍚 2. A chickpea pasta for gluten. I found that chickpea pasta has the closest consistency to normal gluten pasta. Especially if it’s with a red sauce there’s barely a difference!🍝 3. Use greek yogurt or blended up cottage cheese instead of sour cream. It is also an easy way to sneak in more protein. 💪 4. A mashed avocado is the perfect replacement for mayo. It gives the same creamy consistency but way more nutrients! 🥑 5. I’m alllll about a baked good, but I love making them healthy! Next time you want to bake a cake, a cookie, brownies etc look up a healthy recipe. You can always substitute for a nutrient dense ingredient. tomato soup for the soul🍅 . ingredients: 4 Roma tomatoes 4 tomatoes on the vine (can do any variety of tomatoes you prefer) 1 red pepper (I didn’t have one) 2 small or 1 large onion olive oil Salt & pepper red pepper flakes, thyme, dry or fresh basil, oregano, paprika 1 head of garlic 1.5-2 cups of vegetable or chicken broth 1/2-1 cup of heavy cream / cream of choice instructions: 1. slice tomatoes, pepper if you have, & onion into quarter chunks, drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes, pinch of paprika, oregano, dried basil 2. slice top off garlic, wrap in tin foil with oil & salt 3. Bake all for 40 mins at 400 F 4. Place into blender (or hand blend) with broth (can add basil leaves - I didn’t have on hand) & blend (optional: can strain soup for thinner consistency, I kept mine thicker) 5. Return mixture to pot to simmer, add heavy cream (I used nutpods ‘original’ creamer) 7. Make your grilled cheese & enjoy!!!! Homemade Apple Crisp, let’s just say there were no crumbs left 🤤 Ingredients: Apples 4 lbs honeycrisp apples (8-10) 2 Tbsp lemon juice 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon Crumb Topping 1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter, (room temperature) 1 cup of old fashioned oats Instructions: - Peel and slice apples - Evenly coat and mix apple ingredients together - Add apples to baking pan - Combine all ingredients for the crumble topping - Mix and squeeze ingredients until you get that crumble consistency - Evenly spread topping on top of apples - Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes - Let it sit for 10-15 minutes - Add ice vanilla bean ice cream on top and enjoy! #applecrisp #falldesserts #dessert #thanksgivingdessert

if you don’t have a @Ninja Kitchen Ninja Swirl™ by CREAMi®… here is your sign🍦✨ this is my PUMPKIN SPICE ICE CREAM (with 30g of protein!) that we can’t stop making! only 4 simple ingredients and tastes like fall in a cone🎃🍂 PUMPKIN SPICE ICE CREAM RECIPE Ingredients: 1 cup whole milk 1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder (I used Taylor Dukes Wellness) ½ tbsp. vanilla instant pudding mix (I used Simply Desserts) ⅓ cup canned pumpkin For serving: Candied pecans Mini chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients into pint container and mix until well combined. 2. Place storage lid on pint and place in the freezer overnight. 3. Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. 4. Place into Ninja machine and press “Soft Serve” and “Ice Cream” 5. If temperature of ice cream is very cold is may come out looking crumbly, so you might have to respin until you see a smooth consistency. 6. Place into position for soft serve and pull down lever to dispense. 7. I used to program and diet hop like it was my job. I’d stick to something (half asses) for a week or two then change things up because it ‘wasn’t working.’ If you REALLY audit your habits and consistency what you’ll probably find (like old me) is that your consistency and adherence is the problem, not the plan or program. With my clients we spend our check ins auditing habits: - sleep, nutrition, steps, water, training, stress, etc We not only audit the numbers and data but we look at the week out of 100%. I don’t expect 100% out of anyone, myself included but if you have specific goals you’re working toward, I recommend 80% consistency most weeks. That’s 6/7 days …. If you truly focus on your daily inputs with your habits and eating (as well as 80% Whole Foods) I guarantee the outcome will improve. Your energy will increase. You’ll feel stronger in the gym. Your clothes will fit better or even looser. The data will start to shift in the right direction. Quit focusing solely on the outcome and chasing progress and focus on chasing consistency instead ‼️

Lol RECIPE: 1 cup raw whole milk 2 cups heavy cream 1/3-1/2 maple syrup 2/3 cup brown sugar 3 pastured raw egg yolks 2 ish tsp vanilla A pinch of salt 1. Freeze the Ice Cream Bowl •Place the KitchenAid ice cream maker bowl in your freezer for at least 15 hours (preferably overnight). •Make sure your freezer is set to 0°F (-18°C) or colder. Tip: The bowl should be completely frozen before use — shake it; if you hear liquid sloshing, it’s not ready. 2. Make the Ice Cream Base •In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your ingredients . • in a separate bowl temper your eggs yorks with the cream base. • (Optional) Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours — this helps it freeze faster and smoother. Start Mixing 1.Turn the mixer to STIR speed (low) before pouring in the mixture. 2.Slowly pour your chilled ice cream base into the bowl while it’s turning. 3.Let it mix for 20–30 minutes, or until it thickens to a soft-serve consistency. Tip: You’ll notice the texture change — when it looks like soft-serve and the mixer slows a bit, it’s done. I’ve been on my fitness journey for over 2 decades and the one lesson I wish I’d learned sooner is…. Your mindset and actions are everything. You can have the perfect ‘diet’ or program made specifically for YOU but if your stuck with an all or nothing mindset with self sabotaging behaviors — your constantly going to be stopping and starting over. The holidays used to be a weak spot for me. I had goals of ‘ending the year strong’ but when I was put in a position to align my actions with my goals, I’d automatically default to what old me would do: mindlessly eat, view the day as ‘ruined’, make a plan to start over the next day just to repeat the same cycle.
