Made these super easy green chicken enchiladas for dinner last night and they were a hit. Here is the recipe: 3 shredded chicken breasts Tortilla ½ diced onion 🧅 1 8oz bag of shredded Mexican cheese 🧀 4.5oz chopped green chilies 2 8oz cans of green enchilada sauce 8oz sour cream salt 🧂 Pepper Cumin Paprika 🌶️ Garlic powder 🧄 Cook at 350 for 20 minutes and serve with avocado and sour cream. #chickendinnerideas #recipe #chickenenchiladas
