Hosting dinner at your place? Try making homemade Gnocchi. My mom made the bolognese sauce which was delicious but feel free to pair it with any of your favorite sauces. Recipe below 👇🏽: Gnocchi Ingredients: ✨ 2 1/2 cups Flour + 1/2 cup to prevent dough from sticking ✨ 4 Russet Potatoes ✨1 cup ricotta cheese ✨ 1 egg ✨ 1 tbsp salt Instructions: 1. Boil your potatoes in a pot of hot boiling water until soft. (Should puncture easily with a fork. Think as soft as you’d need for mashed potatoes.) 2. Allow the potatoes to cool. Peel the potatoe skins off and grate into small pieces 3. Pour potato onto a clean surface and create a crater in the middle where you’ll add the other ingredients. 4. Mix ingredients with a fork from the inside out and then use hands to fold everything in and create a loaf. 5. Use extra 1/2 cup flour to sprinkle surface as needed and keep dough from sticking. 6. Cut the loaf and roll pieces into logs then cut into small pieces 7. Boil pieces in batches in a large pot of boiling water. Once pieces float they are ready to be removed. 8. Mix finished Gnocchi in a sauce of your choice and serve #gnocchi #italianfood #dinner #dinnerideas #pastalover #comfortfood #dinnertime
I’ve been craving this Italian Sausage and Gnoochi soup for weeks, and it did NOT disappoint. I’ll be repeating this soup all winter. #infamousjoi #recipes #soupseason #gnocchi
Here’s what I cook when I don’t feel like cooking and also want dinner for tomorrow! 1. Slow Cooker Chili - ground turkey w/ taco seasoning - onion - bell pepper (and/or other peppers!) - can of corn - 2 cans of beans (any kind!) - can of diced tomatoes - large jar of chunky salsa - beef broth / bone broth Brown the meat and throw everything in the slow cooker all day - eat when you’re ready! 2. Sheet Pan Dinner - package of chicken sausage - chopped up veggies of your choice - optional TJs cauliflower gnocchi Throw it all on a pan, drizzle with olive oil, season however you like, cook at 425 until it’s done! 3. Pasta Dinner - box of high protein pasta - jar of pasta sauce - package of chicken sausage - package of steam in the bag broccoli Chop sausage into coins and brown it on the stovetop, make the pasta, mix it all together! #easydinnerideas #easydinnerrecipes #mealplanning
