Calling all ADHD women, and anyone navigating ADHD with female hormones 🧠💫 I’m currently going through my ADHD assessment and soon to be formally diagnosed. I’m also considering trying medication - and I’ve been really curious about how it interacts with female hormones, our cycles, and the natural rhythms of focus, creativity, and emotion. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been through this - women, men, or anyone with lived experience.
