Organic decaf lattes at home just hit different when you’re preg ☕️✨🤰🏼 I’ve been loving the Santa Maria Decaf beans from Sacred Cups, it’s a collection from @PurityCoffee … organic, clean, smooth, & third-party tested, which just gives me so much peace of mind for both me and Starburst girlie! The love is back, baby. And while I still love a good coffee shop latte to treatyooooself, it really got me thinking about what’s actually in the beans/cup… especially while preg. Ever looked into coffee bean quality before?! Coffee is actually one of the most heavily sprayed crops out there **deep sigh** 😔. So much of what’s on the market isn’t organic, hasn’t been tested for mold or toxins, and if it’s decaf… chances are it wasn’t even swiss water processed (major key!). Some of us have no idea what’s ending up in their daily cups of coffee, and if you’re drinking it every day, twice a day, that stuff adds up!! We are so picky about the beans we use 🙂↔️. This isn’t fear mongering… just something I’ve become way more mindful of because pregnancy has made me EXTRA intentional about what I’m putting in my body. I’ve actually been drinking purity’s decaf coffee for yearsssss, but now it means even more knowing it’s something I can trust during pregnancy too! The santa maria decaf has been a fave lately. It’s bold, rich, swiss water processed, and makes the best honey cinnamon latte with whole milk... truly a 10/10 ☕️. If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your coffee beans (especially if you’re in your TTC or pregnancy era), I seriously can’t recommend this one enough.
