Meal prep days are my favorite because they are a great start to a week!✨ DANIMALS AT-HOME SMOOTHIE Ingredients: • 1 cup of Greek yogurt • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract • 1/2 cup of milk • 1/2 cup of fruit SNICKERS CRUNCH CUPS Ingredients: • 4-5 plain rice cakes, crumbled • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted Instructions: Combine everything together, then press into a silicone muffin tin and lightly drizzle with melted dark chocolate. I made a yummy green smoothie on a clear Fall day with lots of diversity, veggies and greens for energy. I personally don’t make iced smoothies in the cooler months. GUT LOVING GREEN SMOOTHIE - banana - sliced frozen zucchini - a few frozen purple cauliflower florets - coconut water/water - scoop of coconut kefir - a huge handful of well washed kale - small knob of ginger - flax (whole) and chia (from fridge!) - plant protein (I used @ora.organic here, code Jordan for a discount) SAVE & MAKE!!
