I hate typing recipes because I eye ball everything but here’s kinda an idea Roast spaghetti squash 40 min with oil salt and pep at 400° Half an onion Two cloves off garlic Lb ground beef Ricotta ( cup ) Panko or breadcrumbs Marinara sauce of your choosing Fresh mozzarella When I put it back in oven I baked maybe ten more minutes until cooked through and browned on top #spaghettisquash #wintermeals #dinnerideasُ #weeknightdinner #weeknightdinners
