zepbound update!! this has truly changed my life 😭😭 i’ve spent years trying to lose weight i put on from birth control, depression meds, and 2 kids. i would eat right and even worked with a nutritionist for 9 months and only lost 5 lbs. i stayed the same or lost and gained the same 5 pounds for years. this med makes the hard work pay off! before zep i did manage to lose 20lb from IF and then 30lb from victoza for prediabetes & insulin resistance. #glp1 #glp1community #glp1girlies #zepbound #zepboundjourney

Tried these out because being on Zepbound, I've struggled some with regularity. They help, and I like that they're zero sugar. but the flavor sucks, honestly - hopefully they can improve on the flavor, because it really is a good product.
