Easy weeknight dinner idea a la CHATGPT deconstructed loco moco bowls: Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp garlic powder (or minced garlic) • 1 tsp onion powder • Salt & pepper to taste • 4 eggs • 3 cups cooked white rice (warm) • Optional: sliced green onions, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, or a drizzle of teriyaki or soy sauce Directions: 1. Cook the beef: Heat a large skillet on medium. Add ground beef, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 7–8 minutes, breaking it up as it browns. 2. Fry the eggs: In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny-side-up (or scrambled for kids). 3. Assemble: Add rice to bowls, spoon on the beef, and top with a fried egg. Sprinkle with green onions or a drizzle of soy sauce if desired. Optional upgrade: Add a few splashes of teriyaki sauce or a tiny bit of butter to the beef near the end
