Berries Protein Matcha 🍓🍵 A creamy, fruity twist on my matcha routine 💚 Perfect for that morning energy boost! #MatchaRecipe #HealthyDrinks #fyp #ProteinMatcha #momsupport 🍓🍵 Berries Protein Matcha Recipe Ingredients: Matcha Drink: • 1 bottle of Chobani Strawberry Cream Protein • 3 teaspoons of matcha powder (your favorite brand) For the Berry Jam: • 1 cup of strawberries and raspberries • 3 tablespoons of sugar • 3 tablespoons of water • 1 tablespoon of honey • ½ cup of water ⸻ Instructions – Berry Jam: In a small pan, add 3 tablespoons of water. Cut the strawberries and raspberries in half, then add them to the pan along with the sugar and honey. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Once it starts to boil, gently mash the berries with a spoon. When the mixture becomes soft and thick, transfer it to a blender to make it smoother. Pour the jam into a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using. ⸻ Instructions – Matcha: Heat the water and sift the matcha powder to avoid clumps. Add the 3 teaspoons of matcha to your bowl or whisking cup and mix well until it becomes frothy. ⸻ To Serve: Add about 3 tablespoons of the protein shake to a frother to create foam. In your cup, layer the berry jam, ice, the remaining protein shake, and then the matcha. Top it off with the protein foam — and enjoy! 🍓🍵
