while this year has been super loud & intense, I like to close it quietly and with some mindful reflections. tbh, while editing this recap, tears came to my eyes. Tears of joy and gratefulness, but also sadness. chapters were closed, a new old door opened, and between the constant flow of life, I drove the emotional roller coaster not only once. Hanging between 3 countries makes my heart so full, but at the same time also quite heavy! I grew so much, not only personally & job wise, but also on a spiritual level. I made so many new friends, people I didn’t know a year ago, but now couldn’t imagine being without them. 2023 taught me a lot, made me stronger, braver and allowed me to leave my comfort zone. I had to make some significant decisions which sometimes let me feel like I have everything in control, but in the next moment, it’s like I don’t. So the most important lesson I take from 2023 is that nothing is permanent, everything is flowing and life is just made of many different phases. You alone are the creator of your own story, your own happiness, and only you can do the necessary actions to change something. Because if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get, what you always got!
