you’ll want to pop the volume on for this one 😅 lately I’ve been feeling the pressure of all the outside noise - especially in the fitness space - calling people lazy or undisciplined for not hitting their goals (i used to have this mindset🫣) but it’s just not sitting right with me anymore. a life without the responsibility of caring for children or family is a completely different reality to living with that responsibility.
