Why do we bring our dancers to convention? Yes, scholarships are incredible. Yes, High Point awards are exciting. Yes, being called out in special groups is an honor. I want them walking back into the studio with fire in their hearts and hunger to work. Trophies fade. Inspiration doesn’t.
