I did a 30 min Pilates video on YouTube then I did this upper body dumbbell workout and then I finished with a 45 minute walk on the treadmill wearing my weighted vest 🎧🎀🏋🏽‍♀️💝 this upper body workout is not too intense and can be done at home or at the gym! I want to start weight lifting again, but still continue my Pilates workouts.
