This weekend I had the honor of attending the Bmore Art Icons Ball & Benefit — celebrating 10 years and 20 issues of Bmore Art Magazine. The night was truly one for the books — a grand celebration of creativity, culture, and community. Held at the historic Lord Baltimore Hotel, the evening was pure elegance — filled with art lovers, visionaries, and tastemakers, all coming together to honor icons in the arts. The highlight of the night? The incredible André De Shields, a true Baltimore legend and Broadway great, being recognized for his lasting contributions to the arts. I was invited as my cousin’s plus-one, and what a night it turned out to be — glam, inspiration, and celebration all rolled into one. Here’s to 10 years of Bmore Art — and to many more years of amplifying Baltimore’s brilliance.
