I’ve carried this story quietly for years. But maybe someone needs to hear it, that it’s okay to want change, that loving yourself can also mean wanting better for yourself. I built her, meal by meal, walk by walk, choice by choice. 104 pounds down, three babies later, and still fighting to stay the woman I became. Discipline changed my body, but belief changed my life. it’s not about the price of things but rather are these closet staples that i’ll wear many different ways for years to come! it’s funny because i tend to reach for the same things over and over. i have a lot of “just in case” or “in the event, that i might need” items that are just taking up space. anyyyways i will probably move in this direction loosely because i love style, shopping, & all of it, but cutting myself off completely will not work!
