CROCKPOT CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP (GF) 🥧🍗🥕 • 2 organic boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 2 cans (10.5 oz.) @pacificfoods cream of chicken soup • 1/2 cup diced celery • 1/2 cup diced onion • 3 Yukon gold potatoes, diced • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 3/4 of a bag (16 oz.) organic frozen mixed vegetables • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1 tsp. salt • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme • 1/2 tsp. onion powder • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper • @cappellos grain free buttermilk biscuits Place chicken breasts in a 6-quart crockpot. Season chicken with all seasonings. Pour cream of chicken soup over top and add in potatoes, garlic, onions, celery and mixed veggies. Pour chicken broth over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Place chicken back into crockpot and stir in sour cream until melted. Bake @cappellos biscuits according to bag of the bag. 🍓🧈my simple whipped strawberry butter is made with only 5 ingredients and is delicious on freshly baked sourdough or a fluffy popover just like the one from @neimanmarcus cafe! recipe below👇🏼 once you try it, you'll want to slather it on everythingggg… Ingredients: - 2 sticks unsalted grass-fed butter, room temp. - 1/2 cup organic chopped strawberries - juice from 1/2 lemon - 3 tbsp. organic, raw honey - flaky sea salt to taste First make strawberry compote: in a saucepan over medium heat, add in chopped strawberries and lemon juice. Take off the heat and allow to cool completely once strawberries are soft. Whip butter with a stand mixer for about 4 minutes until light and airy. Add in strawberries (make sure you don’t use too much liquid) and honey slowly into mixer on medium speed. Sprinkle in sea salt and whip together. Enjoy! Add all ingredients into pint container and mix until well combined. 2. Place storage lid on pint and place in the freezer overnight. 3. Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. 4. Place into Ninja machine and press “Soft Serve” and “Ice Cream” 5. If temperature of ice cream is very cold is may come out looking crumbly, so you might have to respin until you see a smooth consistency. 6. Place into position for soft serve and pull down lever to dispense. 7.
