✨ Honest review of the Viral Home Depot Christmas Tree: WHAT WE LIKE: -Balsam fir trees are STUNNING and our personal favorite type -Impressed with the full branches (looks more expensive than it was) -Minimal fluffing required = easy set up -Twinkle lights are so magical (been hunting for built-in ones for forever) and they even extend into the tips of the branches! WHAT WE DON’T LIKE: -The twinkle lights are the best part and also the worst part of this tree… (note: on camera they look warm and yellow but in real life they’re whiter) -Our main problem is the “warm white” LED lights are brighter than what we’re used to. And on the Twinkle mode, they seem EVEN brighter than the other modes for some reason? -There is a “Dimmer” setting but it doesn’t really dim it enough in our opinion -At nighttime, we find the Twinkle setting too bright so we set it to the “Slow Fade Warm White” mode, which is a little more ambient. But during the daytime, the twinkle mode looks amazing! So we’re conflicted about whether to keep it. We don’t currently have an alternative - any suggestions? A pre-lit twinkle feature is a must (too lazy to add in extra lights manually every year) and a full look is also important.
