#pcos #pcosproblems Do you have PCOS or other hormonal imbalances?! How are you coping or navigating? This has been a humbling two months for me to say the least. I’ve had PCOS but oddly had pretty regular periods until now. I have been bleeding for over a month and after several appts, am taking a few suppliments and oral medication. I’m also making a few changes to my daily routine, all to hopefully get my hormones back in check!! I’ve been hiding myself in a hole lately unsure of what to fo with myself and my discomfort.
