Tis the season 💘 Ingredients 1 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup oats 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons coconut oil, room temperature 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup jam or jelly 1/4 cup oats for topping Directions Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl mix coconut oil, yogurt, and honey until smooth. Add egg yolks and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until a dough forms. Divide dough in half. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles. Add a line of jam down the center of each piece, fold sides over, and pinch closed. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Top with oats and freeze for 15 minutes. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely before storing. The perfect Valentine’s Day recipe! ❤️🍰🧸😍 Red Velvet Bundt Cake: Dry Ingredients * 2½ cups all-purpose flour * 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp salt * 2 tbsp red food coloring Wet Ingredients * ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled • ½ cup vegetable or canola oil • 2 cups granulated sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 cup Optional Add-ins • ¾-1 cup mini chocolate chips, tossed in 1 tbsp flour Cream Cheese Frosting * 8 oz cream cheese, softened * ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened * 3½-4 cups powdered sugar, sifted * 1½ tsp vanilla extract * Pinch of salt * 1-3 tbsp milk (if needed to thin) Instructions 1. Prep Pan and Oven:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour 10-12 cup Bundt pan thoroughly. 2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and red food coloring. Toss mini chocolate chips with 1 tbsp flour if using. 3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter + oil + sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
