Keep your certs active 🗣️ Ask your employer to pay your fees. Most vendors are making it very easy to earn CEUs… some don’t even require them. For example, @microsoft doesn’t require either. You simply test on updated material , which you can retake to infinity. Yall don’t really have an excuse. These individuals just pmo so I needed to vent lol. But fr this market is tough. Don’t set your yourself back. Also, this is mainly applicable to the #govtech space cause I’ve never had a corp job ask for proof of my certs lol.
