Working on tightness in the back of the neck. This is great if you have forward head posture. The occipital muscle goes from the eyebrows to the base of the skull. Tightness at the base of the skull can affect the scalp and the forehead. Releasing tightness here is important for better mobility, circulation, and lymphatic flow.
