Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut around the top of a pie pumpkin and scoop out the seeds (you can keep them for roasting!) Pre-bake the pumpkin for 15 minutes and in the meantime score your brie. Pop the brie in and top with honey, jam or pumpkin butter.
