One-Pot Chicken Sausage & Orzo Recipe - 4 links of chicken sausage, sliced - 16oz orzo - 2 to 3 cups chicken bone broth - 1/3 cup half & half - garlic, minced - olive oil - sundried tomatoes and/or cherry tomatoes - spinach - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese - Salt, pepper, and garlic powder In a pan, add olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Sauté Add chicken sausage and cook for ~5 more minutes, until sausage becomes slightly browned on the outside. Add tomatoes & toss until everything is combined. Then, add orzo to the pan along with bone broth and half & half. Also season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Stir until combined and bring to a boil. Then turn heat to low, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes or until orzo is fully cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally!
