These have been in our dinner rotation forever! So easy and you can make the chicken mixture ahead of time or in the slow cooker and it makes way faster! @Old El Paso Ingredients: Stand n stuff taco shells 1 can refried beans I cooked my chicken in the slow cooker to it add: 1-2 chicken breasts 1/2 can rotel 1/2 cup chicken broth Seasonings: 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 tbs cumin, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Cook on low for 4-5 hours When done and ready to assemble drain all liquid from chicken and shred add more seasonings to taste. Heat up beans spread in bottom of shell thin layer too much and it will be soggy. Add chicken on top and then cheese bake at 400 until cheese is browned and shells are crisp. Add whatever toppings, sour cream; guac, lettuce, salsa etc! #tacos #bakedtacos #chickentacos #dinnerideas #dinner
