Weight loss is hard for everyone but especially for moms who have ZERO time to make it happen, it can seem impossible. I know there’s a vibe out there that GLP-1s are “shortcuts” but I’ve found that you still need to put in the work. It’s not gonna grow the muscle for you. It’s not going to fuel your body for you. But it’s an amazing medication that can be a tool in your journey and help get things moving more quickly.
