Sugar Crack Cookies. SO crispy, buttery, and tiny!! You can easily eat 50. 🤤❄️ We grew up on these tiny delights from Cecil & Betty Kellum in our neighborhood, who would deliver them every single holiday in tiny bags. ITS AN ABSOLUTE must try!!! ❄️INGREDIENTS: *2 sticks of butter softened (16 TBSP) *1 cup of oil (vegetable or canola) *1 cup of granulated sugar * 1 cup of powdered sugar * 1 tsp of vanilla *2 eggs * 4 1/2 cups of flour *1 tsp baking soda *1 tsp salt * 1 tsp cream of tarter ❄️INSTRUCTIONS 1.) preheat oven 350 degrees 2.) cream butter, oil, both sugars 3.) mix in eggs, vanilla. 4.) add in dry ingredients 5.) roll into 1 teaspoon mini balls 6.) roll in granulated sugar 7.) on parchment lined sheet , press down with cookie press or just the back of a water glass. 8.) bake for 10 to 12 min or until crisp and golden 9.) let cool at least 10 minutes to let harden up. They will be slightly soft right out of the oven. 10.) sprinkle sugar “snow” with them in baggies and ENJOY 🩷
