IT IS OFFICIALLY SOUP SEASON AND IM CRAVING ALL OF THE COZY FOODS. To make this creamy chicken tortilla soup: 1.) sauté one diced yellow onion for 5 minutes. 2.) add in 2 chopped jalapeños and 1 poblano pepper with the seeds removed. Top with 2 tsp cumin and 2-3tsp of taco seasoning and sauce for 3-5 more minutes. 3.) add 7oz of diced green chiles, 3 cups of salsa verde, 2 cartons of @Kettle & Fire Shop classic chicken bone broth and 1 shredded rotisserie chicken. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. 4.) add in one block of room temperature cream cheese until melted completely and then add in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted. 5.) enjoy!
