HEAL ME CHICKEN SOUP🍜🐔 If you wanna cozy soup to make for the cold weather or feel like you are getting sick you gotta make this!! Ginger, garlic, and green onions all have natural anti-microbial properties and the bone broth gives you tons of support for your immune system! Ingredients: ⁃ 2 lb chicken breast ⁃ 8 cloves of garlic, sliced ⁃ 1 large piece of ginger that is peeled and sliced ⁃ 8 green onions (white part for soup, green part to top afterwards) ⁃ 6 cups of water ⁃ 4 cups of bone broth ⁃ 8-10 oz of rice noodles ⁃ 1 cup carrots ⁃ Salt and pepper Sauce: ⁃ 1/4 cup rice vinegar ⁃ 1/4 cup tamari (soy sauce) ⁃ 2 tbsp sesame oil ⁃ 1-2 tbsp of crispy chili oil (depending on how spicy you want it) Instructions: 1. Place the chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions (white), water, bone broth, salt and pepper in a large pot or dutch oven. 2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15-18 minutes to cook the chicken. Use a meat thermometer to make sure chicken is cooked through. 3. While the chicken is cooking, place all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix together and set aside. 4. Once chicken is done, take the chicken breast out and place in a large bowl. Shred with two forks. 5. After chicken is removed from the pot, add in the rice noodles and carrots to cook. This should only take around 5-6 minutes but look at the cooking instructions on the rice noodle packet. 6. Once noodles are cooked and chicken is shredded, add the chicken back to the pot and stir to combine. 7. Serve the soup in a bowl and add the tamari/vinegar sauce on top and add in the rest of the green onions. We put on a few tablespoons of the tamari sauce for an extra little kick!
