The truth of the matter is, today she was not planning on crying. As a matter of fact, we started full of joy full of gratitude. Those tears were of joy. Until a memory triggered me and then those tears were of sadness. I miss my sister. I want to believe I want to think that she is in a better place and that she’s the happiest she’s ever been, but I can’t stop the hurt and missing her. We took videos and pictures in this very locker room and we were planning on more, but those did not take place because God had other plans. This is grief one moment you’re great. You’re doing amazing and you think you’re going to take over the world and the next second you’re just full of tears. ##grief##itsokaytonotbeokay
