These steel lunchable trays have been such a game changer for me! I love the different sections so I can keep certain flavors separate and they’re also good for measuring portion sizes which I’m not very good at! On a regular plate I tend to pack the food on and then I only end up eating half before getting full so these sections have made things a lot more proportionate to how much I actually eat for a single meal. Yesterday I had practically no protein or fiber (which was my bad for not really paying attention!) and today I really felt that in the worst way especially with today being my long day at work😭 so I made sure that my dinner tonight had a good amount of protein and fiber and was also very filling. I had a little bit of leftovers which I’ll just add to my lunch tomorrow but I ate most of it and loved every bite! 💃🏻#food #girldinner #foryoupage #fyp #sardines
