My family was a little skeptical about the pile of napkins and Mod Podge on the table when I started this project, but paper maché ornaments have a way of winning people over. They look old-fashioned and collected, but they’re surprisingly simple to make:
• Cut Christmas napkins into strips
• Pull each strip through Mod Podge so it’s evenly coated
• Lay the strips onto a plastic ornament, overlapping softly as you go
• Once fully covered, brush a final coat of Mod Podge over the entire ornament and let it dry • Finish by tying on a pretty ribbon for hanging They start out a bit rough, then quietly turn charming — the kind of imperfect that feels right at home on a tree. #HandmadeHoliday #ChristmasCrafting #CozyChristmasVibes #PaperMacheOrnaments #ChristmasDecorDIY
