I did a 30 min Pilates video on YouTube then I did this upper body dumbbell workout and then I finished with a 45 minute walk on the treadmill wearing my weighted vest 🎧🎀🏋🏽‍♀️💝 this upper body workout is not too intense and can be done at home or at the gym! I want to start weight lifting again, but still continue my Pilates workouts. When I first gave birth I did not even want to look at my weights so I’ve been doing light weights with Pilates 2-3 pounds but I’m now picking up my 15 pound dumbbells again at 8 months postpartum. 🩵 Try this workout out and lmk! #athomeworkout #fitness #fitmom #postpartumworkout #dumbellworkout
