healing in bali.. 🌱✨ i have felt sooo called to do a purification ceremony in bali, a place that more spiritual than anywhere else i’ve traveled to & this purification ceremony changed my life in ways im still processing 🥹 it was the most powerful, wholesome, beautiful and surprising experience ever & I hesitated a bit to share as it’s very personal and vulnerable for me buttt here goes 🦋 this ceremony is all about release it’s about letting go of any emotion your body and soul need to release.. anger, grief, sadness. feelings and emotions you may have been carrying quietly without realizing there comes a point in this process where the healer has you scream, and i’m not gonna lie i was SO nervous for this part subconsciously i feel like i hold in a lot of emotions, i suffer in silence, say “im okay” when i don’t mean it i wasnt sure what my exact intentions were when I first started this whole experience.. but when the healer starting pouring the cold water on me, and i heard the music and the nature and felt the healers hands on my back as she told me to yell for the first time, it all started to make sense 🫶🏼 and let me tell you.. i’ve NEVER screamed the way i did during this 😅 i didn’t even know i COULD yell for that long and that loud so many emotions come up and it felt so good to feel like i was allowing it all to leave my body & let it go and once you start to cry, the healer holds you so tightly and talks to you while you continue to release with your tears 💛 it was so healing, comforting and beautiful 🥹 I left feeling curious, relaxed, open, softer, and more at at peace 📍@TriDesnaHealing.Helena , ubud bali #healing #tridesna #purificationceremony #bali #ubud
