Tis the season 💘 Ingredients 1 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup oats 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons coconut oil, room temperature 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup jam or jelly 1/4 cup oats for topping Directions Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl mix coconut oil, yogurt, and honey until smooth. Add egg yolks and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until a dough forms. Divide dough in half. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles. Add a line of jam down the center of each piece, fold sides over, and pinch closed. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Top with oats and freeze for 15 minutes.
