Omg. This is a must. It was too easy. 1 box protein penne pasta (I use a quinoa brown rice blend) 1 jar Alfredo sauce (I use aldis one that has like 50 cal/ serving) 1 cup shredded Italian blend of cheeses Marinade chicken in Italian dressing and grill Par cook noodles (very very Al dente) and add to a casserole dish with sauce and toss with shredded cheese then bake with foil over top for 15 and 10 open air. Why is it so good. Idk.
