ANIMAL CRACKERS🦓🐒 Ingredients: 9 tablespoons softened butter •¼ cup sugar • 2 tablespoons honey • 1 large egg, at room temperature • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup flour • 1 cup whole wheat flour (I used oat) • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Instructions: Cream together butter, sugar and honey until combined and then add in egg and vanilla combining until smooth. Mix together dry ingredients into a separate bowl and then combine with wet ingredients forming a dough. Refrigerate dough for 30 min before rolling out to about 1/4 inch thick.
