It wasn’t planned that way, but it gives me chills. This community has been everything. I feel like I’m constantly grieving something new during this process. There is grief every month, with every negative test. Grief ov r my cancelled retrieval, grieving that we went from 7 eggs during our first retrieval to only 1 embryo (so so so thankful for this 1 precious embryo). I let myself take the back burner throughout this process, and I’m slowly putting myself first again. Prioritizing things that make my soul happy, like beach trips at the end of the work day.
