Itās been a minute, but weāre still working on our daughterās bedroom glow-up āØ Weāre down to the finishing touches, and this adorable little loveseat is the perfect addition. This was such an awkward space that we couldnāt quite figure outā¦ until now! We turned it into a cozy seating area where she can āreadā (aka scroll on her phone š ) or hang out with friends. The couch came compressed, and it was so fun to watch it take shape when we opened it up. Our new FAVORITE way to dye eggs š¤© It creates beautiful eggs, doesn't require any soaking or waiting, and is SO much fun!!! The boys couldn't stop giggling and Jack said "this is the BEST day of my LIFE" š āØMix 1 tbsp baking soda, 1 tsp water at a time until desired consistency, and 2-3 drops of food coloring to make "paint". āØThe thicker the consistency the better. āØPaint the eggs! āØSlowly drizzle vinegar onto the eggs (we went a little crazy). We used medicine cups to pour, but a dropper or measuring cup would work great. āØWhen the vinegar hits the baking soda a fizzy reaction occurs which creates a colorful marbled effect on the eggs! āØOnce the reaction stops, rinse eggs with water and then dry with a paper towel. āØThat's it!āØ Enjoy! #easteregg #diyEaster #easterinspo #toddleractivities

I dreaded this day so much but I knew I had to wean A off the pacifier before it gets harder especially knowing how A is. He loved his pacifiers. We loved the pacifiers. All the car rides, nap times, bedtime, whenever he got fussy, the pacifiers were sooooo clutch. I also dreaded this day because I felt like he was really growing up. I associate the pacifier with his infant stage so much. Itās another reality check time isnāt slowing down. I wanted this process to be as smooth as possible. I asked so many other parents how they weaned their child off their pacifier. I researched the best ways to do it so it wouldnāt be too hard for him or us. When it actually came down to it, it didnāt go exactly how I imagined it and if anything I felt so horrible that we had to take the one thing that gave him comfort and security. Iāve never seen him this devastated over a loss and it literally broke my heart. This is what parenting is. You can do your very best and hope for the best but sometimes itās not going to and thatās ok. Through this experience, I realized how resilient A is and this is one of many experiences heāll go through and have to adapt. Night one was rough, but heās doing so much better each and everyday. This is the real & raw emotions of finding out youāre pregnant after way too many negative tests & getting your hopes up. The roller coaster of emotions, anxiety & pure gas lighting to myself that I was seeing things. I still remember these emotions to my core of this day. I couldnāt stop crying (of happiness but also because I couldnāt believe it was real). My husband came home literally a minute after I got the result of my second test to confirm. I was a nervous, emotional wreck freaking outā i tried to record his reaction but before he barely even got through the front door I lost it and bawled my eyes out to tell him lol.
