Christmas cookie cheesecake bars 🎄🎅🏼🧁 Preheat oven to 350. Recipe is for an 8x8 pan Cheesecake filling: Two 8-oz packages cream cheese, room temperature (16oz total) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs, room temperature Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons sprinkles Crust: - One 20 pack of Pillsbury Christmas sugar cookies - Press down on the cookies once they're in the pan so they are at least touching. Bars: 1. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, eggs, and salt until combined. 2. Fold in sprinkles and then pour on top of uncooked cookie dough. 3. Bake for 40 minutes at 350. 4. Add additional sprinkles on top, right out of the oven. 5.
