Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs in: -2 tsp. cumin -2 tsp. smoky paprika -1 tsp. oregano -1 tsp. chili flakes -1 tsp. dried onion -dash of salt & pepper -3 garlic cloves, minced well -juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed -1/4C Tamari soy sauce -1 splash olive oil Marinate for at least 2 hrs, grill chicken for 12-mins on each side on the highest setting (about 15-mins on medium high). ANIMAL CRACKERS🦓🐒 Ingredients: 9 tablespoons softened butter •¼ cup sugar • 2 tablespoons honey • 1 large egg, at room temperature • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup flour • 1 cup whole wheat flour (I used oat) • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Instructions: Cream together butter, sugar and honey until combined and then add in egg and vanilla combining until smooth. Mix together dry ingredients into a separate bowl and then combine with wet ingredients forming a dough. Refrigerate dough for 30 min before rolling out to about 1/4 inch thick.
