My 2nd time trying the @Trademark Beauty Babe Waves-X. Not even kidding, I did my whole head in about 2 minutes. Super fast and easy. I’m still experimenting with the best heat setting and a little bit of the technique but I really like it so far. It’s a lot easier than struggling to learn flatiron waves! Thanks @Joseph Maine ! #beachywaves

Being a blended family has definitely had some obstacles but one thing has remained consistent — we love ALL of our babies equally. No, I’m not a step mom. I’m a bonus mama. And no, half siblings aren’t a thing in our house. The kids are just brothers and sister. #blendedfamily #bonusmom

✨ Did you know that October is Eczema Awareness Month? In the United States, 31 million people have eczema, yet this condition remains widely misunderstood. Eczema is not contagious and is more than just a skin condition. Those who suffer from it are often more likely to experience food allergies, asthma, depression, and anxiety. Eczema also affects everyone differently. Over seven years ago, I started experiencing a rash on my face. It began on the side of my right cheek and gradually spread down my chin, around the left side of my face, and between my brows. It was horrifying, and I didn’t understand how it had developed. The only conclusion I could draw was that I was overusing products. At that time, I was using Retin-A, doing at-home peels, and exfoliating frequently, which I believe was my skin's way of saying, “STOP!” Fast forward to 2020, when my need for makeup became minimal (hello pandemic). Skincare was always a crucial part of my routine, and while I still applied makeup, it wasn’t an everyday practice. Sometimes, it served as a way to cope during those uncertain times. Before that year, I had gone through countless tests and experiments to identify the cause of my skin issues, but, to my dismay, I never found a definitive answer. If there was one positive thing that came out of that year, it was that my skin began to clear up due to the simplified routine I adopted. Many of the products I used during that time have remained staples in my routine to this day! They include @Tower 28 Beauty SOS Spray, @Saint Jane Luxury Beauty Serum, @CV Skinlabs Moisture Cream, and @Province Apothecary Eczema Balm. Everyone’s skin is different, but these products helped me through some of my toughest times. I’m always aware and cautious when trying new products. Reading labels and ingredients has become a habitual part of my routine. While I enjoy trying out the latest and greatest, I always perform a skin patch test and make sure to listen to my skin. Thank you for allowing me to share my personal story with you. Have a wonderful rest of your day! @National Eczema Association #focusoneczema #eczemaawareness #eam #eczema
