My most asked question is always: āWhat have you done to change your appearance?ā So here it is ā buckle up, Buttercup š¤ First things first: Weight loss was the most dramatic change. I lost over 100 pounds over 16 yearsā¦ slowly, organically, one plateau at a time. (And I could insert in the opportunity to sell you a supplement or program but I wonāt bc thatās not what I did. Truly calorie counting and movement was my answer. And time.) That part came first. Diet, movement, consistency, patience. Everything else came after the weight was gone. From 29 to 43, hereās the full picture: ā¢ Lost 100+ pounds over 15ā16 years ā¢ Began lifting heavy weights ā¢ Invested in skincare + treatments like lasers & microneedling (late 30s) ā¢ Mommy makeover (lift, augmentation, tummy tuck at 38) ā¢ Veneers ā¢ Fillers (lips, chin, temples ā no longer part of my routine) ā¢ Biostimulators & Botox ā¢ Lateral brow lift, upper blepharoplasty & rhinoplasty (all after 40) I became a professional makeup artist so I could see {firsthand} what actually works.
