Dealing with an Avoidant Attachment Partner: What You Need to Know Feeling overwhelmed and abandoned by someone with an avoidant attachment style? Remember that their extreme behaviors are not a reflection of their feelings for you and the relationship. Although it may be difficult to understand, this is the best way they know how to cope with the conflicting emotions that arise. Relate to this? Ad | “Why are you tired again?” → “Oh, I see it in your Flo calendar” 👏 Game. Changed. He doesn’t need me to spell it out anymore, and I love that for us. More empathy, fewer explanations💗 @Flo Period Tracker #floapp #floforpartners #relationshiptips #datingadvice #healthyrelationships
my heart hurts. i’m incredibly angry and beyond horrified at what’s happening in our country. i don’t always have the perfect words but you will never ever doubt where i stand. FDT & f*ck 🧊 sending everyone else who feels this heaviness so much love ❤️🩹 #heavyheart #minneapolis #protesting #abolishice #empathy

I know people are struggling as it is. My empath heart hurts seeing how so many people will be affected or without food. My husband and I are giving back to our local pantry and I’m sharing because I want to help more - we don’t have much to give, but we are going to try.
From one chronically healed girlie to the next💋 Know this first: you do not have a disability, you have a different ability. Your life still carries purpose, value, and impact. Care for your mind as faithfully as you care for your body. Resting your thoughts, guarding your peace, and seeking emotional support are not weaknesses they are wisdom. Remember this truth: what you feed will thrive, and what you neglect will starve. Feed faith over fear, hope over despair, truth over lies. Invite God into your daily reality. Not just on good days, but especially on the hard ones. Honest prayers are powerful prayers. Release comparison. Your journey is not meant to look like anyone else’s and that doesn’t make it less meaningful. Create a routine that honors your energy, not drains it. Productivity looks different when your body has limits, and that’s okay. Learn to rest without guilt. Rest is not quitting it’s refueling. Even God rested. Speak life over yourself. Your words shape your inner world. Speak kindly, patiently, and truthfully. Let yourself grieve when needed. Faith doesn’t cancel grief; it walks with it and brings healing through it. Celebrate small victories. Getting through the day, asking for help, or choosing hope these are wins. Surround yourself with people who respect your limits. Love that pressures you is not love that heals. Educate yourself about your illness without letting it define you. Knowledge is a tool, not an identity. Nourish your body with intention. Food, movement, reading the word of God and medication are acts of stewardship, not control. Give yourself grace on hard days. God’s mercy is new every morning even when your strength isn’t. Serve in ways that fit your capacity. Your contribution matters, even if it looks quiet or unseen. Keep a gratitude practice. Gratitude doesn’t deny pain it helps you notice where God still shows up. Set boundaries without apology. Protecting your health protects your calling. Lean into community. Isolation magnifies pain; connection lightens it. Believe that your story still holds purpose. Sometimes the greatest ministry comes from empathy and understanding. Practice forgiveness especially toward your own body. Your body is not your enemy; it’s doing its best. Hold onto hope, even when it feels small. Faith the size of a mustard seed still moves mountains. Create something, write, paint, build, and mostly dream. Expression brings healing where words fall short. Ask for help without shame. Needing support does not diminish your strength. Trust that God can use even this. Pain is not the end of the story; redemption is. Live gently but boldly. Your life still matters. Your voice still matters. And your presence is still a gift to the world. #chronicillness #raredisease #chronicpain #chronicillnessawareness #christiantiktok

I’m convinced moms are superheros! Also even with all my years of working as a nurse with little kiddos, I had no idea how challenging it is when you AND your own kiddo are sick and they rely on you for everything! Gives me so much more empathy for all the parents who have trusted me to take care of their kiddos ❤️ @Little Spoon @Cosyland.kids @Bodum @Drink LMNT @onequince @Fame Rugs @Maelove Skincare @CeraVe @Kitsch @Kristin Ess Hair @L’Oréal Professionnel @Maybelline NY @elfcosmetics @Milani Cosmetics #motherhood #sahm #youngmom #momcontent #ugc

ChatGPT said I’m high achieving, polished(lol), socially intuitive, with a heart that really wants to uplift others but also wants to win while doing it. This combo produces a natural leader, empathic but strategic, works hard dreams big cares deeply, excellent at relationships and communication, and motivated by helping others succeed. Downfalls- sets high standards, can struggle to slow down or ask for help, over identifies with success or external validation, and can internalize failure as personal flaw.
TWELVE. 🥹 I can’t even believe it. How did my little Beau Bear get so big? 🧸💙 You are truly everything I could have ever dreamed of — empathetic, kind, loving, brilliant, funny, and so full of light. Watching you care for your brother 🫂, cheer on your friends, and give your all to lacrosse 🥍(and life!) makes me prouder than words can say. 🥰 So blessed God made me your mama. It’s the greatest to love you, to watch you grow, and to call you my son. Happy 12th Birthday 🥹❤️👦🏼 To more memories like this in the new year 🧁🎉 #birthdayboy #12 #boymom #laxbro #gratefulmama
UGC example for a skincare product ✨ (Ft. My eczema) Really leaned into emotional storytelling with this concept to connect directly with the viewer’s pain point. Instead of just showing before-and-after photos, I: ➡️ Shared the uncomfortable, raw emotions ➡️ Described the improvements as they happened ➡️ Made the transformation feel real and relatable ➡️ Met the viewer with empathy instead of perfection This approach turns vulnerability into trust, which is where conversion starts. • Thanks @egyptianmagic - long term customer right here 👋🏻 • ugc example, ugc skincare, skincare creator, eczema treatment, eczema before and after, eczema self care, skin transformation
