Try my take on Peruvian Chicken this week! Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs in: -2 tsp. cumin -2 tsp. smoky paprika -1 tsp. oregano -1 tsp. chili flakes -1 tsp. dried onion -dash of salt & pepper -3 garlic cloves, minced well -juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed -1/4C Tamari soy sauce -1 splash olive oil Marinate for at least 2 hrs, grill chicken for 12-mins on each side on the highest setting (about 15-mins on medium high).
